Our meal plans are designed for people living with diabetes, those wanting to prevent diabetes and for people who just want to eat healthy and is suitable for all ages!
The recipes used in our meal plans are tasty and easy to make and can be enjoyed by all members of your family. In fact, we have our families test the recipes and give them the “thumbs-up” approval before we include them in our meal plans. The recipes use basic ingredients that you have in your pantry and fridge and don’t require a lot of time and effort.
When designing our meal plans, special consideration has been taken to keep nutrients within specific ranges and to meet the recommendations of several health organizations. Here is the general breakdown of each daily meal plan:
