Weekly Tips

May 16, 2010

Nuts and seeds are a great source of vitamins and minerals and a good source of protein and fibre. Although nuts and seeds contain heart healthy fats, they also contain a lot of calories. On average 1 cup of nuts and seeds contains about 700 to 850 calories! Try to limit your intake to 1/4 cup a serving.
