 Did you know that non-dairy coffee whiteners may be cholesterol free but they are certainly not fat free! In fact, they often made with hydrogenated vegetable, palm or coconut oil, which means they are high in saturated fat! Often, non-dairy coffee whiteners have more calories per serving than light cream. So switch out the office coffee whitener for skim milk powder as a healthier alternative.
