 Got the munchies? Keep your fridge stocked with fresh cut veggies and fruit, you will be more likely to eat them if they are in a “ready-to-eat” state. Or opt for whole grain crackers that have less than one teaspoon of fat per serving. Other alternatives are plain pretzels, plain popcorn, sherbet or low fat frozen yogurt.
