 Did you know that most people underestimate their daily caloric intake by as much as 50 percent! We often think that we are using appropriate portion sizes and that we eat reasonable healthy all day. Try keeping a food record by writing down everything you eat in one day. Doing this for a few days can be a valuable tool to see how well we are truly doing. Don’t forget to write down all those extra taste testing bites…they count too!
