We often think that we are using appropriate portion sizes and that we eat reasonable healthy all day. Try keeping a food record by writing down everything you eat in one day. Doing this for a few days can be a valuable tool to see how well we are truly doing. Don’t forget to write down all those extra taste testing bites…they count too! |
