November 1, 2009 Halloween season can be time of chocolate and candy temptation. As if it weren't hard enough to avoid your kids' over-flowing treat bags and your left-over supply of candy bars, but you also have to resist visiting with your coworkers with their overflowing jars of treats. The occasional indulgence is okay, but eating too many of these little treats can add up to weight gain. A snack or fun-size chocolate bar has about 100 calories. Having one is a nice treat, however, eating more than one can lead to extra calories, not to mention, no nutrition value for those extra calories! |
